Story
Tim King started working for a Rep firm straight out of College in October of 1977. That company was SVA and they were in Ashland, MA. Somewhere around early 1978, one of the owners broke his leg in a skiing accident and Tim was immediately promoted to a salesman on the road in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Approximately 10 years later, Tim decided to start his own REP business, VIBRA-CONN, INC. He was the exclusive representative for Mason Industries for all of New England (minus Rhode Island). Eventually, with the help of his friends he opened up a second office in Northboro, MA to service Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
In the summer of 2022, Vibra-Conn transitioned to new ownership under Jonathan Lininger and Auggie Goffus. Both gentlemen had come from backgrounds of Vibration Isolation and Seismic Restraint in the Washington D.C. market working for another manufacturer's representative agency, but the time had come for them to be a part of something they could mould and create their own. Working with Tim King, they were able to keep the Vibra-Conn legacy alive, while bringing every single employee into the new company, Vibra-Conn LG, LLC.
Vibra-Conn LG, LLC looks to continue to be the trusted name in Vibration Isolation and Thermal Expansion as they have done for 30 years prior. We look forward to the new challenges, solutions, and business relationships we are bound to make and face along the way as we continue to service the New England region.
